30-day returns
If your slant board isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
- Message us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Pack the board with everything that came in the box (loop band, grip sheets, carry bag and guide) and ship it back.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in good condition with all included accessories.
- The customer pays return shipping. Because original shipping was free, nothing is deducted for it.
- Damaged or defective? Message us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap (for example, from 1 board to a 2-Pack) is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
